When we began developing NXPadel between 2021 and 2022, we were well aware of what the padel courts industry had to offer: padel fever was beginning to run rampant, the number of facilities, padel clubs and courts was, as it still is, steadily increasing in more and more countries around the world, and as a result, so were the padel courts manufacturers and suppliers.
Given these assumptions, our idea was soon clear: to enter this market like a bolt from the blue, through an innovative, never-seen-before product capable of representing a break with the past as well as an unquestionable added value for this sector.
And, aware of the large number of stakeholders that gravitate around this industry we have studied and reinvented all the components of the padel court (structure, glass and synthetic turf) without forgetting anyone, so as to provide players, installers and club managers with unprecedented and tangible benefits that immediately identify our products in a way that marks a definitive step forward from the past.

Fiberglass Padel Court - Maintenance AdvantagesIndex
Rust-Proof: Fiberglass is a chemically anti-rust material, making it the first time in this industry that the structure of our padel courts are 100% protected from corrosion and suitable for any type of location or weather conditions without the need for additional treatments.
No fence’s deformation: The elasticity of Fiberglass makes the fences on our courts able to absorb player shock without deforming and immediately returning to their initial shape after impact. This promotes consistently perfect aesthetics and prevents variation in ball bounce.
Wind resistance: the Fiberglass structure is tested according to the Official Eurocodes to withstand winds up to 130 km/h
UV-Proof: the Fiberglass structure is UV resistant with a 10 year warranty, so it does not run the risk of discoloration while always maintaining a perfect aesthetic.
Resistance to color scratching: the Fiberglass structure is not painted but the color is given by the material itself during the production and therefore there is no risk of color scratching with the impact of third-party objects (racket or others).
Noise-Proof : according to official surveys, on a Fiberglass court, the noise is 72dB during a match, compared to 91dB (the maximum tolerability imposed by the Dutch federation on courts), ensuring less noise pollution than iron courts and fewer problems with installation permits.

Shock absorbtion: thanks to their extreme flexibility, Fiberglass meshes perfectly absorb shocks due to impacts with players’ bodies, always ensuring a soft impact that does not cause pain , bruises or injuries.

Anti-abrasive: The profile of the Fiberglass fences is rounded and free of protrusions. This coupled with the fact that Fiberglass does not rust contributes to a profile that is anti-abrasive and safe during game impacts.
Random IPF Bounce: The design of the Fiberglass fence meets all the parameters set by the IPF in terms of size, measurements and thickness so as to ensure random ball bounce as on traditional padel courts.

Lightness: the Fiberglass structure is extremely light compared to the average iron court. The weight of the Fiberglass structure for a standard court is 1090kg versus the average 3000kg for an iron court. This aspect ensures easier installation and optimized timing for the installation steps loading and unloading.
Ease and Speed of Installation: NXPadel has developed 2 different technologies that make installation considerably easier. The first is Rail System, which allows the meshes to slide inside the support poles quickly and intuitively, the second is Click-And-Fix, which allows the meshes to be attached to each other through a system of clips that make them connect in seconds.
Stockable & Stackable: the components of the Fiberglass structure are easily stackable on top of each another. This aspect helps space optimization both inside the warehouse but especially inside the truck. Thanks to this feature it is possible to transport up to 7 Fiberglass Padel Courts in the same container versus 3-4 iron courts.
Speed of extraordinary maintenance: Thanks to the above technologies, in the extreme case of extraordinary maintenance, a damaged mesh can be replaced in a matter of seconds, without involving heavy maintenance or blocking reservations for the court.

Unbreakable: ComfortGlass is super-strong, resisting to impacts from players and impacts from third-party objects being thrown. For this reason, there is no danger of breaking and needing to be replaced.
Scratch Proof: ComfortGlass is scratch-proof and there is no risk of it being scratched by the impact of the racket or other objects during playing situations, without affecting the aesthetics of the court
UV-Proof: ComfortGlass is UV-resistant and guaranteed for 10 years. It does not tend to yellow or lose its transparency.
Rapid Disassembly for Hurricanes: in the case of a hurricane alert or winds above 130km/h, all ComfortGlass panels can be easily disassembled in about two hours.

IPF Bounce: ComfortGlass ensures optimal rebound that strictly complies with IPF parameters. ComfortGlass has been tested by comparing it to the rebound of classic 12mm glass, and the rebound is exactly the same.

Lightness: ComfortGlass is extremely lightweight, allowing for optimized installation. While traditional glass comes in at around 3200 kilograms, the entire ComfortGlass structure weighs only 1500 kilograms.
Easy to ship and to stock: the 18 panels of ComfortGlass that make up a Court are stacked together in a single pallet, so ComfortGlass is very easy to ship and to stock, there is no risk of breakage and contribute to space optimization both in warehouses and inside the Container
Easy to install: ComfortGlass has a specially designed groove that can be applied and used exclusively to the Fiberglass structure. Thanks to this special design, installation is extremely simplified and optimized.
ZeroS Padel Turf - Maintenance AdvantagesIndex
Durability: ZeroS provides better durability and abrasion resistance than classic synthetic turf. The absence of sand creates less friction and tends to wear down the carpet less.
Zero bubbles, Zero wrinkles: ZeroS is glued directly to the ground, which prevents the formation of bubbles, creases or wrinkles on the carpet due to temperature changes and weather conditions.
UV-proof: ZeroS is UV-resistant, consequently it can also be installed in outdoor solutions without the risk of discoloration or damage with warranty of 5 years.
Wind resistance: since it is glued to the ground, it is resistant to high levels of wind.

Grip: ZeroS ensures a perfect grip on the mat and has been tested to optimize every playing situation and to ensure ease in quick movements but at the same time maximum foot grip.
IPF Bounce: the bounce on ZeroS conforms to the parameters required by IPF, plus the absence of bubbles or wrinkles makes it even smoother and not prone to bad bounces.
Permeability: The backing of traditional synthetic turf is covered with latex on which holes are carved. In ZeroS, water penetrates through the whole surface, ensuring drainage over 100% of the surface area.

Lightweight: ZeroS is much lighter than conventional synthetic turf mats. For an entire padel court, in fact, its weight is less than 300 kilograms, compared to 420 kilograms for a classic textured turf. This ensures faster and simplified installation.
No sand: The absence of sand allows further lightening on the total weight of the court, ensuring a saving of an additional 2000 kilograms of sand per court. This aspect, promotes faster, easier installation and less weight load on the container.
Easy to ship and to stock: The rolls that make up the ZeroS, are only 2meters width unlike those that make up the traditional textured turf that measure 4metres. This aspect ensures optimization of space inside the container and in warehouses.
Glued on the ground: ZeroS is glued directly to the ground quickly and easily, ensuring an even surface free of bubbles or creases.
